Mission

Our mission is to empower and enhance the capacity of marginalized communities, including Ethnic minorities, Rohingya refugees, People with disabilities, Urban Poor, Coastal inhabitants, and Tea Garden laborers. We aim to improve their livelihoods and empower them to advocate for their entitlements. Our approach is centered on implementing need-based, results-oriented, and rights-based development programs.
